Domestic Shipping
Please allow a few days for shipping after your payment is confirmed (please check each item description for the period). It will take a few days after that for you to receive your order. If you are in a hurry, please be careful.

Shipping is a flat rate of 198 yen within Japan.
Shipped through Japan Post (Click Post). Date and time cannot be selected. Tracking is provided. Delivered to your mailbox. It may take a few days to arrive if you are in a distant area or in some areas such as remote islands.
Shipped in a small cardboard box (about 3cm thick)
Carefully packaged with base paper + transparent bag (Wrapping designs may change depending on the season).
If multiple items are purchased, all of them will be wrapped in one box.
Even if you order items separately, we can combine them and wrap them into one box, but the shipping fee will be charged to each order and cannot be refunded. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
If the package does not fit in the mailbox, you will receive an absence notice.
In this case, there is a storage period, after which the item will be sent back to us. Please note that you will be charged for the re-shipping fee plus the re-shipping procedure fee as soon as the item is returned.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for reasons of customer convenience, such as wrong images, mistakes/changes in order details or option selections.
Please contact us within 3 days from the date of arrival if the product is incomplete or initially defective. We will respond after confirming the situation.

Glass beads, natural stones, freshwater pearls, and some parts have individual differences in nature. Some of them may have wrinkles or color differences. Please enjoy them as their own individuality.
We are not responsible for metal or resin allergies. For some products, there is an option for hardware material, so please select the hardware you want.

How to Store
After each use, wipe gently with a soft cloth.
When you store it, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and high humidity.
We recommend storing each pair in an airtight bag in a drawer or a jewelry box.
We try to take pictures of colors that are close to the actual product, but they may differ slightly from the actual colors depending on the environment of your computer or smartphone. Also, due to the lighting, the color may look different from the actual color. Please be forewarned.
Do not store in a place where children or pets can reach, as this may lead to accidental ingestion or injury. Please note that we are not responsible for such situations.
